As leaders, constant learning is key to growing in our effectiveness. Jesus said He will build His church and the Holy Spirit is always at work in ministering to and empowering people. How do we keep in step with the Holy Spirit, stretching ourselves, taking risks and depending on him for a new work in people's lives?
There are many practical tools for you to choose from to mature your leadership and shepherding skills. Our Small Group Leader (SGL) video training is provided to give you greater flexibility in growing as a leader, to help you better understand what being a Small Group Leader is all about, and to improve your ability to effectively lead your group.  Each SGL training course is comprised of short video modules, printable resources and helpful questions to ponder.  Topics include Small Group Foundations, Daily Self-Leadership Habits and condensed versions of some of our core Leader Training Workshops.
